The same Communist sympathizers who lined up behind Abdul El-Sayed in Michigan are now setting their sights on Arkansas. On Wednesday, Kamala Harris, who endorsed El-Sayed for U.S. Senate earlier this month, announced her endorsement of Democrat U.S. House candidate Chris Jones in AR-02, adding her name to a list of Jones backers that already includes Pete Buttigieg and January 6th Committee Chairman Bennie Thompson.
This is not just about one House seat. Democrat U.S. Senate candidate Hallie Shoffner, who is challenging Senator Tom Cotton while selling herself to Arkansas voters as a moderate “sixth-generation farmer,” has appeared alongside Jones at official Democrat campaign events across the state, showing Arkansas is in danger of becoming the first Southern state to fall to the Communist takeover of America that has been quick to ally with Islamic jihadists.
Shoffner has not issued any formal statement of support for Chris Jones to protect her carefully manicured “moderate” branding. But a deeper dive into her connections to Jones shows the two Democrats are playing on the same team.
Shoffner and Jones are both featured on the Arkansas Democrat Party’s official candidate page, which tells voters exactly who the party wants them to send to Washington.

The two have also appeared together at numerous official Arkansas Democrat campaign events, including a joint “Meet the Candidates” event in Saline County on August 22 and a Democrat candidate forum in Hope.

Hilariously, it was at one of these Democrat forums that Shoffner admitted her degree is not in farming at all; it is in politics, the career she is actually pursuing. She told the crowd:
“After graduating, I came home. I have a master’s of public service from the Clinton School in Little Rock. I like to say I don’t actually have a degree in farming, but I have a degree in the thing I’m running to do right now.”

Shoffner has built her entire campaign around the “farmer” label, so it is telling that at an event with Jones she conceded that farming is not actually her area of academic expertise – public service and politics are.
Shoffner’s ties to Jones matter because Jones is being propped up by some of the most radical pro-Islamic Communist elements in the Democrat Party. On Wednesday, Kamala Harris endorsed Jones, who thanked her in a post on X, writing:
“Vice President Kamala D. Harris just endorsed Chris Jones in AR-02: ‘Arkansans deserve a fighter in their corner, and Chris Jones has shown he is already fighting for the people.’ Arkansans built this. Knock a door. Make a call. Let’s win in November.”

This is the same Kamala Harris who endorsed Islamic Communist Abdul El-Sayed for U.S. Senate in Michigan on August 7 and the same Kamala Harris to whom Hallie Shoffner has previously donated.

Shoffner’s record lines up with Kamala’s agenda, too. As Loomered.com has previously reported, Shoffner has backed far-left causes like AOC-endorsed red meat restrictions, the communist May Day holiday, and a radical environmental group that called for banning fossil fuels. It’s the same brand of Green New Deal politics Kamala Harris has championed.
Then there is Pete Buttigieg, who endorsed Jones back in June and traveled to Little Rock to campaign with him and who publicly congratulated Abdul El-Sayed on winning the Michigan Democrat Senate primary while calling on Democrats to unite behind his ticket.

Other radical Democrats lining up behind Jones include Mississippi Rep. Bennie Thompson, who chaired the January 6th Committee that made criminal referrals against President Trump to the Justice Department, teeing up Jack Smith’s failed attempt to jail Trump before the 2024 election in a brazen act of weaponized government.

Hallie Shoffner can withhold a formal endorsement of Chris Jones all she wants. Her donations to Kamala Harris, her far-left policy record, and her repeated appearances at Jones’s side make it abundantly clear that she is not the moderate she pretends to be. She is running on the same team as the Islamic Communist coalition Kamala Harris and Mayor Pete are building.
Arkansans will have the chance to shut the whole communist project in their state down in November by reelecting GOP Senator Tom Cotton and rejecting the Democrat ticket up and down the ballot.
