Nixon has a long, documented record of ‘careless’ driving.
One week after Communist State Representative Angie Nixon stunned the Democrat establishment by crushing Alex Vindman in Florida’s U.S. Senate primary, official public records reviewed by Loomered.com reveal a decade-long paper trail of ‘careless’ driving citations that culminated in an October 2019 crash in which Nixon injured her minor daughter after veering into oncoming traffic.
Public records from the Florida Highway Patrol and the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office show Angela Monique Nixon (DOB 02/27/1984) was cited over and over again for the same offense:
- January 3, 2009: Careless driving for failing to maintain control of her vehicle on SR-9A. Crash with $1,200 in property damage.
- October 28, 2010: Careless driving for failing to stop at a blinking red light. Crash with $4,000 in property damage and 3 injuries.
- January 23, 2013: Careless driving after she rear-ended a stopped vehicle. $5,000 in property damage, with an injury code noted on the report.
- October 23, 2013: Careless driving after she again rear-ended a stopped vehicle. $1,500 in property damage.
Over the span of several years, Nixon crashed her car four times. She received a careless driving citation from the police each time before the wreck that put her daughter in the hospital.
On October 2, 2019, Nixon was cited for failing to drive in a single lane – meaning she was driving in the oncoming traffic lane with her minor daughter in the car. What kind of person drives into oncoming traffic with her daughter in the car? The crash injured Nixon’s daughter and caused $8,000 in property damage.
UF Health Shands Jacksonville Medical Center recorded verified hospital liens totaling $9,523.19 and $45,178.23 for care, treatment, and maintenance related to the crash. One lien is for Angela Nixon, and one is for a patient listed under Nixon’s name as guarantor. That patient was admitted and discharged on October 2, 2019, the same day of the crash.
Not only did she crash her car, injuring herself and her daughter, but Nixon was hit with hospital liens for treatment.

If Angie Nixon cannot keep her own vehicle in its lane and protect her own child from the consequences of her careless driving, how can Floridians trust her judgment or her fitness to cast votes in the United States Senate on war, spending, and the safety of American families?
Nixon, a Jacksonville state representative and self-described democratic socialist backed by the Bernie Sanders-aligned group Our Revolution, took roughly 56 percent of the primary vote against Vindman’s 44 percent despite being outspent nearly 16-to-1 by the $16 million Vindman machine. Vindman wasn’t from Florida and was manufactured by the Democrat establishment to win this race, with all the endorsements and money from Democrat Party operatives. But within one day of her upset, the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC), which had spent months propping up Vindman, fell in line and endorsed her just as they’ve done for a number of Islamic-communist candidates across the country.

In November, Nixon faces incumbent Republican Senator Ashley Moody, Florida’s former Attorney General, who was appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis to the seat Marco Rubio vacated to become Secretary of State.
Floridians deserve better than a communist candidate whose careless actions prove she believes the rules and the law simply do not apply to her.
