President Donald Trump traveled to Pennsylvania’s 7th Congressional District on Tuesday for a reason. PA-7 is not just another congressional race. It is one of the races that could help decide control of the United States House of Representatives in November. Republican Congressman Ryan Mackenzie is facing Democrat Bob Brooks, a candidate Democrats are packaging as a “working-class” outsider, while woke power players like Jamie Raskin, Pete Buttigieg, and Elizabeth Warren line up behind him.
During President Trump’s visit to the district, he made clear that Mackenzie’s race matters. Trump told the crowd that Mackenzie must win, and the stakes are obvious. If Democrats flip seats like PA-7, Hakeem Jeffries and House Democrats will be one step closer to reclaiming the Speaker’s gavel and using Congress as another weapon against President Trump. If Democrats win, President Trump will be impeached a third time.
FEC records prove that Bob Brooks is funded by the most radical left elements of the Democrat Party. In recent filings, Brooks’ campaign has received funding from January 6th Committee member Jamie Raskin’s Democracy Summer Leadership PAC, Elizabeth Warren’s Warren for Senate, Inc., transgender Congresswoman Sarah McBride’s Tomorrow PAC, Trump impeachment manager Madeleine Dean’s Making a Difference PAC and Progressive Caucus President Greg Casar’s campaign committee.
Bob Brooks is backed by the same Democrat machine that has spent years trying to investigate, impeach, indict, censor, and remove President Trump from political life. Jamie Raskin has personally gone to Pennsylvania to campaign with Brooks. Brooks has also openly tied his campaign to giving Democrats like Raskin more power in Congress, writing:
“Congress sorely needs committee gavels in the hands of people like Jamie Raskin. I’m running for a lot of reasons, but giving people like him the power to do a lot of good for America is pretty close to the top.”
Raskin was a member of Nancy Pelosi’s January 6th Committee. He served as a House impeachment manager during Trump’s second impeachment, and now serves as the Ranking Member of the House Judiciary Committee. In April, Raskin introduced legislation to establish a congressional commission on presidential capacity under Section 4 of the 25th Amendment, the constitutional mechanism tied to removing a president who is deemed unable to discharge the powers and duties of office.
When Brooks says he wants “committee gavels” in the hands of people like Jamie Raskin, he means giving power back to the Democrats who built their careers around going after President Trump.
Sarah McBride, whose Tomorrow PAC backed Brooks, has also publicly called for President Trump to be removed from office. In a statement responding to Trump’s comments about Iran, McBride declared, “Trump must go,” and called on Republicans in the Cabinet or Congress to join Democrats in using “any and all constitutional powers” to remove him from power.
Elizabeth Warren, another Brooks supporter through Warren for Senate, voted to convict President Trump in both impeachment trials and has previously called for the Cabinet to invoke the 25th Amendment against Trump. In 2021, she wrote:
“I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: the Cabinet should stop hiding behind anonymous leaks to reporters and do what the Constitution demands they do: invoke the 25th Amendment and remove this President from office.”
Madeleine Dean is also part of the Brooks orbit. Dean served as one of Pelosi’s impeachment managers, and Brooks celebrated her endorsement, writing:
“This one means a lot. Progressive champ and one of the best people in our state, Madeleine Dean has endorsed our campaign.”
Brooks is not hiding who his political allies are. He is advertising them.
Pete Buttigieg, the former Biden Transportation Secretary and failed presidential candidate, has also personally campaigned with Brooks in Pennsylvania. Footage reviewed by Loomer Unleashed shows Brooks and Buttigieg being coached through staged campaign content that was supposed to look authentic. Brooks is seen following direction on camera, including when to drink beer and how to perform for the shot.
Buttigieg has also supported impeachment efforts against President Trump, making his involvement in Brooks’ campaign part of the same larger pattern.
Behind the hardhat campaign messaging and carefully staged beer-drinking videos is a Democrat candidate backed by the same faction of the Democrat Party that wants gavels for Jamie Raskin, power for Hakeem Jeffries, and another vote in Congress to impeach President Trump.
PA-7 voters deserve to know the real Bob Brooks, another woke Democrat who will stop at nothing to “Get Trump.”
