On Saturday, the radical non-profit Palestinian Youth Movement held their second mostly peaceful pro-Hamas, anti-Trump protest in a week, this time right outside of United States Congressional buildings. The idea behind Saturday’s protest was “Rise up Gaza” highlighting that it has been two years since Hamas’ terrorist attack against Israel. Individuals wore green Hamas bandanas, covered their faces in keffiyehs, and shouted “Globalize the Intifada” at the Congressional Dome. The protest is further proof on how the radical left has been given free rein to incite or act violently on Capitol Hill. Saturday’s protest echoes the very demeanor of divisive elected Democrats Jasmine Crockett and Ilhan Omar, who have repeatedly incited violence or including being directly involved in physical altercations on the Capitol grounds yet face no repercussions for their actions. If the House and Senate GOP hopes to achieve victory in 2026, they will have to show voters they are able to rein in leftist violence as the 2020 Antifa-BLM riots set a precedent that leftist violence leads to GOP election losses.
To passerbys, it had to be a surreal sight outside the United States Congress on Saturday as a pro-Hamas anti-Trump mob assembled on the front lawn of the United States Capitol and yelled “Globalize the Intifada” toward the Congressional Dome. Present in the crowd were individuals wearing green Hamas bandanas and youth wearing “Students for the Intifada” t-shirts. Even more disturbing is the fact that a person in a Hamas bandana motioned his hand in a “number one” signal with their index finger, which is a typical signature of Islamic terrorists like former ISIS leader al-Baghdadi.
Saturday’s pro-Hamas anti-Trump march featured no shortage of a coalition of leftist incitement of political violence, as self-proclaimed members of Antifa wore shirts symbolic to the Marxist cause. Luigi Mangione fan girls held signs that said “Melt ICE,” an interesting choice given this was a mere few hours after ICE agents were attacked in Chicago by radical pro-open border activists, Hamas sympathizers, and Antifa comrades. Other calls to political violence from Saturday’s march included signs that read “Death to the IDF, Globalize the Intifada,” and “End the Trump-cide.” Of course there were signs that read “F-ICE,” and “End Nazi Rule” as well. The mob also proudly displayed their hatred for President Trump and MAGA by chanting, “MAGA MAGA shame on you,” which was telling in itself. This was occurring as President Trump is working tirelessly to end the war and make peace in the Middle East.
Loomer Unleashed first confronted the coalition of anti-Trump pro-Hamas protesters on Saturday as groups of people wearing pro-socialism shirts created by Party for Socialism and Liberation while holding matching “Free Gaza” yellow Notably, Party for Socialism and Liberation member Ellie Rodriguez committed a terrorist attack in May, gunning down two Israeli embassy members outside the Jewish museum. Joining the Party for Socialism and Liberation in hosting Saturday’s violent, inciteful protest was the Palestinian Youth Movement, which has 501(c)(3) status despite a long history of inciting violence, an unlawful act for nonprofit organizations. On Monday, the PYM was crucial in organizing a protest Monday outside the White House where rally goers issued terrorist threats toward President Trump and ICE.

Frankly, the leftist violence outside the United States Capitol and White House is becoming embarrassing, as time after time organizations like the Palestinian Youth Movement hold rallies designed at inciting violence with no repercussions. Republicans who believe this plays well politically for them should be more self-aware, as leftist violence heading into the 2020 election left a chilling effect, scaring people into not voting while freezing out election integrity advocates. Consider the fact that Justice Kavanaugh’s attempted assassin only received 8 years in prison because the judge took into account the attempted assassin being transgender. Unless they push back on radicalism seriously, the GOP is inching off a dangerous cliff in 2026.Leftist violence is growing and it seems poised to silence GOP voters, advocates, and election laws much like in 2020.

The only way to avoid this pending 2026 catastrophe is for elected Republicans to use the power they have now to take an actual stand to end the political violence. A good start would be with defunding the Palestinian Youth Movement by stripping them of their non-profit status.
