Exclusive video footage taken by Loomer Unleashed on Saturday captured anti-Donald Trump and pro-Hamas protesters displaying the Al-Qassam Brigade flag outside the United States Congress in Washington, D.C. The Al-Qassam Brigade is recognized as the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic terrorist organization Hamas.
The nation’s capitol experienced a surge of anti-Trump demonstrations on Saturday as two organizations, 50501 and the Palestinian Youth Movement, scheduled protests in close proximity and at similar times. The overlapping events effectively merged into a large-scale anti-Trump protest spanning the area between the White House and the United States Congress.
Loomer Unleashed documented pro-Hamas, anti-Trump protesters proceeding onto 15th Street Northwest, the designated meeting point listed on mobilize.us and the protest bussing information website rally.co for the 50501-organized “Hands Off” anti-Trump protest in Washington, D.C. The footage also captured attendees holding red posters with the slogan “Socialism Beats Fascism.”
Democrat Congresswoman Ilhan Omar was among the elected officials who addressed the crowd at the “Hands Off” rally. In a photo posted on social media, Rep. Omar can be seen speaking near the Washington Monument, located close to the 15th Street Northwest site where Loomer Unleashed filmed pro-Hamas, anti-Trump protesters approaching the event. When recently questioned by Loomer Unleashed, Rep. Omar declined to denounce the display of the Hamas flag outside the White House during a March anti-Trump, pro-Hamas protest.
Additional exclusive video captured by Loomer Unleashed showed protesters dressed in Middle Eastern attire or wearing “Free Palestine” garb disembarking from various charter buses throughout Washington, D.C. In one instance, a white female pro-Hamas, anti-Trump protester became visibly agitated when Loomer Unleashed recorded demonstrators retrieving what appeared to be signs from the luggage compartment of a bus they had just exited. The woman’s frustration intensified after being asked by Loomer Unleashed if she had been paid to protest against President Trump.
The protests reached a climax when Loomer Unleashed documented pro-Hamas, anti-Trump protesters swarming the outside entrance of ICE headquarters, displaying photos of Mahmoud Khalil and shouting chants suggesting they were President Trump’s greatest adversaries. As the march continued, Loomer Unleashed captured further exclusive footage of protesters holding the ANTIFA flag joining the pro-Hamas, anti-Trump protesters.
It remains to be seen whether or not elected Democrats on Capitol Hill will condemn the radical groups that participated in Saturday’s anti-Trump protests in Washington, D.C.
