Senate Democrats seem eager to have New Jersey Senator Cory Booker be one of their leading voices in the Senate Democrats’ upcoming attempts to block President Trump’s nominees. Booker has been posting to his personal and official X accounts, embracing himself as leading the fight back against Trump. Booker has also signed a letter demanding to read a House Ethics report on Matt Gaetz, which was written by allies of Trump backstabber Kevin McCarthy. It is interesting that Booker wants to criticize Trump’s nominees on the grounds of “ethics” when Booker himself has made some questionable transactions over the years. Booker has paid Judge Merchan’s daughter’s firm, Authentic Campaigns, 87 times over the last four years. It is important to note that Authentic Campaigns offers “digital services.” On March 30th, 2023, the day of President Trump’s New York City indictment, which Judge Merchan presided over, Cory Booker posted to X, “The News of Trump’s indictment is a testament to one of the most fundamental ideals of our country: no one is above the law— not even Presidents.” Booker refused to answer Loomer Unleashed questions about his Loren Merchan connections. Senator Booker should ensure his ethics are aligned before attacking President Trump’s nominees.
