On Thursday, J6 Committee Man Jamie Raskin refused to answer Loomer Unleashed’s questions after we asked him: “In the wake of the second Trump assassination attempt if he would apologize for his violent rhetoric that called President Trump a threat to democracy.” The suspected Trump attempted assassin, Ryan Routh, posted to his X account that Trump was a threat to democracy. President Trump has blamed elected Democrats’ rhetoric calling for violence against him for the second assassination attempt that took place at Trump International Golf Club. It is ironic that the J6 Committee claimed to be “saving democracy.” However, the reality is that Rep. Raskin and the J6 Committee created falsehoods like concealing information that exonerated President Trump and produced false rhetoric calling Trump a threat to democracy, which has contributed to unleashing political violence.
On Thursday, Loomer Unleashed asked Rep. Raskin, “Good morning, Congressman Raskin, long time no see. Will you apologize for calling Trump supporters and President Trump himself a threat to democracy in the wake of the second Trump assassination attempt, where the suspected assassin said Trump was a threat to democracy many times?”
As Raskin refused to apologize, we asked him again, “Would you like to answer, Congressman? Are you sure you do not want to apologize for your rhetoric?”

During a CNN appearance following oral arguments during last winter’s United States Supreme Court case regarding the Left’s attempts to remove President Trump from the ballot, Rep. Raskin made the argument that Trump was a threat to democracy, so SCOTUS and Congress have a duty to kick Trump off the ballot. Rep. Raskin captioned his video, “Disqualifying Trump from office under Section III of the 14th Amendment doesn’t undermine democracy—insurrection does that. The Framers of the 14th Amendment sought to protect democracy against violent attack—and our Supreme Court should too.”
Rep. Raskin’s J6 Committee has called President Trump a threat to democracy countless times with one of their X posts reading, “Today, the Select Committee will share how a handful of election officials stood between Donald Trump and the upending of American democracy.”
The suspected Trump attempted assassin, Ryan Routh posted to his X account that Trump was a threat to democracy, writing, “Democracy is on the ballot, and we cannot afford to lose.”
