Judge Merchan’s Daughter’s Business Partner Subpoenaed By The House Judiciary Committee

It is a race against the clock. On Wednesday, Chairman Jim Jordan of the House Judiciary Committee announced that the Committee has subpoenaed Judge Merchan’s daughter’s Authentic Campaigns business partner, Mike Nellis. Jordan is requiring that Nellis appear before Congress on September 13th. Judge Merchan is set to sentence President Trump on September 18th. Judge Merchan has also placed a gag order on President Trump that prevents him from speaking on Authentic Campaigns. Laura Loomer has led the charge in exposing Authentic Campaigns’s impressive list of top Democrat clients, including Adam Schiff, Cory Booker, Hakeem Jeffries, Jon Tester, Dan Goldman, and the 2020 Biden-Harris campaign. Laura Loomer has also led the charge in calling for Authentic Campaigns to be subpoenaed by the House GOP. Mike Nellis did not take the news of the House Judiciary subpoena well, referring to it as “a baseless right-wing conspiracy theory.” This is a carious choice of language from Nellis considering that Authentic Campaigns client, Rep. Dan Goldman, once bragged on CNN about “consulting” with Michael Cohen before Cohen testified in President Trump’s trial, presided over by Judge Merchan. Nellis’s social media posts grew darker throughout the day as Nellis, who has publicly admitted to struggling with mental health problems in the past, posted suicidal thoughts on X after learning about the subpoena, writing, “Nobody can hurt me except me.” Jim Jordan’s subpoena of Nellis will create fireworks on the hill as Congress returns from August Recess on September 9th.

The House Judiciary Committee’s subpoena to Mike Nellis demands that Loren Merchan’s Authentic Campaigns business partner report to the House Judiciary Committee on September 13. House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan also demands that Nellis must bring with him “All documents and communications referring or relating to any work performed by Authentic Campaigns that refers to the indictment, prosecution, or conviction of President Donald J. Trump for the period April 1, 2023, to the present; and 2. All documents and communications between or among Authentic Campaigns or any of its employees, agents, or representatives and Judge Juan Merchan or any of his employees or representatives referring or relating to the indictment, prosecution, or conviction of President Donald J. Trump for the period April 1, 2023, to the present.”

Laura Loomer posted on Nellis being subpoenaed by the House Judiciary Committee, “Following my pressure campaign and the bombshell reporting into Authentic Campaigns by myself and @CcpSkipTracer, the @JudiciaryGOP House Judiciary Committee FINALLY subpoenaed Mike Nellis @MikeNellis, the founder of Authentic Campaigns and business partner of Loren Merchan, the daughter of Judge Juan Merchan and the President of Authentic Campaigns.”

Mike Nellis did not take the news of the House Judiciary subpoena well, referring to it as “a baseless right-wing conspiracy theory.” This is a carious choice of language from Nellis considering that Authentic Campaigns client, Rep. Dan Goldman, once bragged on CNN about “consulting” with Michael Cohen before Cohen testified in President Trump’s trial, presided over by Judge Merchan. Rep. Goldman faked a phone call when Loomer Unleashed confronted him about his “consultation” with Cohen.

Another Authentic Campaigns client, Senator Cory Booker of New Jersey, also sprinted away from Loomer Unleashed after we asked him if Loren Merchan was writing Booker’s tweets for him. FEC filings show Booker pays Authentic Campaigns for “digital consulting,” and Booker’s X account praised the indictment on Trump, writing on March 30th, 2023, the same day Alvin Bragg indicted President Trump, “The News of Trump’s indictment is a testament to one of the most fundamental ideals of our country: no one is above the law—not even Presidents.”

Top Democrats also mail their Authentic Campaign payments directly to Loren Merchan’s personal home. Fec Records show that House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries has sent $1.5 million to Authentic Campaigns. The FEC’s Schedule B shows Jeffries mailed the money to Loren Merchan’s home in Richmond, Virginia.

Mike Nellis’s social media posts grew darker Wednesday following the news of his subpoena. Nellis, who has publicly admitted to struggling with mental health problems in the past, posted suicidal thoughts on X after learning about the subpoena, writing, “Nobody can hurt me except me.”

Laura Loomer responded to Nellis’s dark X posts showing concern for his mental well-being, ” @MikeNellis please get some help. Your post is a cry for help and a threat of self harm. There is help out there. Perhaps you need to take a break from the toxic @KamalaHarris campaign. She makes people go crazy. Your tweet is very alarming. Twitter isn’t the place to cry for help.  There are resources available.”

The House Judiciary subpoena of Nellis will create fireworks on the Hill following Congress’s August Recess. The subpoena could also alter the Left’s election interference plans, as Judge Merchan’s bias could be fully exposed to the American people, forcing Merchan to recuse himself before President Trump’s September 18th sentencing date.
