“Getting Trump” is the D.C. elite’s passion, making it the Democrats’ only policy position of significance. Tuesday afternoon, a grand jury made up of D.C. elites voted to approve Jack Smith’s request to reindict President Trump on J6-related charges. Clearly, the Harris-Biden DOJ and D.C. residents believe they know more than the United States Supreme Court, which ruled in July that President Trump had presidential immunity. Making these latest J6-related charges against Trump more absurd is that Jack Smith relied on “investigative materials” from the J6 Committee to indict Trump. However, the J6 Committee deleted many of their communications and documents. J6 Committee Member Jamie Raskin became quite enraged after Loomer Unleashed asked him if the J6 Committee deleted their documents and communications because they contained exculpatory evidence for President Trump, like the video of Nancy Pelosi that was released last summer when Pelosi said J6 was “her responsibility.” How can Jack Smith use “materials” from the J6 Committee, which has lied to the American people time and time again? The latest Trump indictment is yet another lawless day in Kamala Harris’s America.
Laura Loomer posted on the news that President Trump was indicted by Jack Smith and the D.C. elite again, ” Jack Smith’s grand jury has brought a new SUPERSEDING indictment against President Donald Trump in an effort to interfere in the 2024 election. Jack Smith is trying to work around the July 1st SCOTUS ruling on Presidential Immunity.”
Smith circumvented the United States Supreme Court ruling on presidential immunity by presenting a superseding indictment that tweaked the language of the original four charges he brought against President Trump.
Making these latest J6-related charges against Trump more absurd is that Jack Smith relied on “investigative materials” from the J6 Committee to indict Trump as a 2023 headline from CNN read “House January 6 committee handing over investigative materials to DOJ”
The J6 Committee has a strong history of lying to Americans repeatedly. Loomer Unleashed recently asked J6 Committee Member Jamie Raskin, “Great to see you again, Congressman. Real quick, did you not hand over your deleted communications because there were more tapes like Nancy Pelosi’s saying J6 was her fault? Is that why you won’t hand them over? You don’t want the American public to see the truth?”
Raskin, “No.. You are delusional. So good luck with all of your problems.”
Loomer Unleashed, “I don’t have any problems, sir. You are the one with problems. “
Raskin, “Go back to your job.”
Loomer Unleashed: “My job is trying to figure out where those deleted J6 Communications went. There is a video of Nancy Pelosi saying J6 was all her fault. The video does not lie, Congressman.”
J6 Committee Ranking Member Bennie Thompson also lied to America’s face when we asked him, “So why hasn’t the J6 Committee followed through and handed over the deleted communications with Fani Willis?”
In an attempt to play dumb, Thompson said, “Who?”
Loomer Unleashed: “Fani Willis, y’all deleted your communications, and the House Oversight has asked for the communications, and you have not provided it to them yet.”
Thompson then lied, saying, “Well, as far as I know, everything has been provided.”
We responded, “Well, there are letters that say otherwise.”
On December 5th, 2023, the House Judiciary Committee and the House Select Committee on Oversight wrote letters to Fani Willis and J6 Committee Chair Benny Thompson about their deleted communications.
