DNC DAY TWO RECAP: Obama, Emhoff, And Schumer Lead A Night Of Lies

Democrats are not living in reality. Day two of the DNC was centered around more lies and “Get Trump” talking points. The night started with a DJ jamming out as DNC delegates voted for Kamala Harris, an individual who did not receive one single vote in the Democrat Primary; it seems the DNC aimed to make killing democracy look cool. The first major speech of the night came from Senate Democrat Leader Chuck Schumer. In his speech, Schumer attempted to make the false case that the Senate Democrat Majority “delivered” for the American people, touting Build Back Better, a law that helped lead to record high inflation, as Senate Dem’s crowning achievement. Schumer also praised Jacky Rosen, Sherrod Brown and Jon Tester, Democrat Senators up for reelection who skipped the DNC Convention. Doug Emhoff was next, who spoke about his “beautiful love story” with Kamala Harris. Missing from Emhoff’s speech was the fact he had an affair in his first marriage with his child’s elementary school teacher. Then came the Obama’s… Michelle Obama probably gave one of the most racist speeches in the history of the DNC Convention, telling the crowd that Trump hates black people and the presidency Trump is seeking is “one of those black people jobs.” Barack Obama’s speech was not based in reality, telling Americans to have joy and happiness as millions of Americans suffer under Obama’s horrific policies via his defacto third term. It’s clear Democrats will rely on emotion and not fact to win in November. Americans must reject this dangerous notion.

The DNC Convention started Tuesday with DJ Cassidy playing music as DNC Delegates voted for Kamala Harris, an individual who did not receive a single vote in the Democrat Primaries. Clearly, the DNC aimed to make destroying democracy look cool.

The first major speech of the night came from Democrat Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer. In his speech, Schumer highlighted that Kamala Harris broke vote ties 32 times, leading Senate Democrats to ” deliver” for the American people on laws like Build Back Better, which in reality caused record-high inflation. Schumer also praised Jon Tester, Jacky Rosen and Sherrod Brown, vulnerable Democrat Senators facing reelection in November who decided to skip the DNC Convention.

Next came Doug Emhoff, who told a beautiful love story about him and Kamala Harris. However, Emhoff’s story is missing the fact that during his first marriage, he had an affair with his daughter’s elementary school teacher.

Then came the Obamas… Michelle Obama’s speech was arguably the most racist speech in the DNC Convention history, which says a lot. Michelle called Trump racist and said, ” Trump’s narrow view of the world made him feel threatened by two hard-working, highly successful people who happen to be black. Who is going to tell Trump that the job he is currently seeking might be one of those black jobs.”

Barack Obama’s speech was not based in reality. Obama said, “The Majority of Americans do not want to live in a country that’s bitter and divided.” It is ironic that Obama decided to make a statement like this, considering that Obama is one of the leaders in dividing America. Obama also spoke of hope and happiness, which again is ironic, considering that millions of Americans are suffering under Obama’s horrific policies from his de facto third term.

Clearly, Democrats will rely on emotion and not fact to win in November. Americans must reject this dangerous notion of emotion-driven politics.
