PHONY: Kamala Harris Says “No Tax On Tips” Despite Harris-Biden IRS Demanding Employers Report Their Employees Tips

A crazy person says one thing and does another. Over the weekend, Kamala Harris promised “No Tax on Tips,” which, for starters, is a copy of one of President Trump’s fundamental policy promises. However, unlike Trump, Harris can implement the “No Tax on Tips” policy right now, but instead, she is doing the exact opposite. The Harris-Biden IRS recently released new guidance demanding employers report their employees’ tips exceeding $20. The Harris-Biden IRS is also looking to hire 700 new IRS agents to enforce this policy. On TruthSocial Monday, President Trump called Kamala Harris a “flipper,” meaning Harris is telling the American voters the policy they want to hear, but she will flip back to the opposite policy after November’s election. Kamala Harris’s promise of “No tax on Tips” while her IRS enforces the opposite further proves American voters can’t trust Kamala Harris.

Guidance released by the Harris-Biden IRS in February 2023 demands that employers report their employees’ tips exceeding $20. The guidance reads, “The monitoring of employer compliance based on actual annual tip revenue and charge tip data from an employer’s point-of-sale system, and allowance for adjustments in tipping practices from year to year.”

The Harris-Biden IRS guidance goes on to explain to employers that if they enroll in the program, they will receive liability from the IRS if their employees do not report their tips, “Participating employers receive protection from liability under the rules that define tips as part of an employee’s pay for calendar years in which they remain compliant with program requirements. Participating employers have flexibility to implement employee tip reporting policies that are best suited for their employees and their business model in accordance with the section of the tax law that requires employees to report tips to their employers.”

To enforce the Harris-Biden Administration’s “Tax The Tips” goals, the Harris-Biden IRS is looking to hire 700 new IRS agents. Kamala’s new IRS Agent hires receive great benefits on the taxpayer’s dime, such as a “balance career and home with 11 paid holidays, 13 vacation days and sick leave. Other work/life balance programs include flexible work schedules, the Child Care Subsidy Program, the Employee Assistance Program, health services and paid maternity/paternity leave.”

President Trump rightfully criticized Kamala Harris for her “flip-flopping” in a post that read, “Kamala Harris has flip-flopped on virtually every policy she has supported and lived by for her entire career, from the Border to Tips, and the Fake News Media isn’t reporting it. She sounds more like Trump than Trump, copying almost everything. She is conning the American public, and will flip right back. I will MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! There will be no flipping!!!”

Kamala Harris saying one thing and doing another earns her the “Crazy Kamala” nickname. Harris’s flip flop on “No Tax On Tips” also proves that American voters can’t trust Harris’ policies as she will say whatever is necessary to “win the election” while actually having no desire to implement the policy after November.
