United States Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle attended a historic hearing on Capitol Hill Monday that resulted in House Oversight Ranking Members Jamie Raskin and James Comer calling on her to resign. Loomer Unleashed has been leading the charge in calling for Cheatle’s resignation, being the first media outlet to confront her last Wednesday outside the RNC Convention, asking Cheatle to comment on Congressional Republicans’ statements calling for her resignation. Loomer Unleashed greeted Director Cheatle as she arrived on Capitol Hill, asking her, “Director, why did you allow President Trump to take the stage when you knew there was a shooter on the roof? Were you trying to get President Trump murdered?”

One of the more contentious moments of Monday’s hearing came when Rep. Nancy Mace began to press Cheatle on her lack of answers.
MACE: “So, Director Cheatle, I have a series of questions. I want very specific answers… Both sides of the aisle today have asked for your resignation. Would you like to use my five minutes to draft your resignation letter? Yes or no?”
CHEATLE: “No. Thank you.”
MACE: “Was this a colossal failure? Yes or no?”
CHEATLE: “Yes.”
MACE: “Was this tragedy preventable? Yes or no?”
CHEATLE: “Yes.”
MACE: “How many, how many Secret Service personnel have lost their jobs due to this colossal failure at this time?”
CHEATLE: “None.”
MACE: “Nine days and you have no answers.”
Following Cheatle’s lack of answers during her hearing, House Oversight Ranking Members Jamie Raskin and James Comer released a letter calling for her resignation. It’s pretty impressive when both Raskin and MAGA agree on an issue.
