Montana United States Senator Jon Tester, who faces reelection in November, refused to apologize to the people of Montana for “working” with Judge Merchan’s daughter’s firm, Authentic Campaigns. Montana is a state that solidly supports President Trump, as the most recent polls from the state conducted last spring show that Trump is beating Biden by 21 points. Authentic Campaigns is playing a critical role in key United States Senate battleground states like Montana as The Senate Majority, a PAC Chuck Schumer uses to get Senate Democrats like Tester reelected, is also a client of Authentic Campaigns. Joe Biden’s FEC has not made The Senate Majority PACS 2024 Independent Expenditures public. Tester prides himself on being a “moderate” Democrat. However, the Montana Senators’ refusal to apologize for paying the Merchan family, individuals directly responsible for President Trump’s rigged trial, proves there is no such thing as a “moderate” Democrat in the United States Senate.
Loomer Unleashed greeted Senator Tester, saying, “Good morning, Senator Tester. Will you apologize to the people of Montana for using Authentic Campaigns, Loren Merchan’s firm, which Judge Merchan’s daughter owns? President Trump is really popular in Montana and I don’t think they like you using people who support rigged trials.”
Tester replied, mumbling something under his breath that sounded like, “Excuse me, I got to walk up behind you.”

President Trump is very popular in #Montana. Do you think the people of Montana would be happy to know that Senator Tester is in business with people who approve of rigging Trump’s trial? I don’t think so….”
FEC records show that Montanans for Tester has given Authentic Campaigns over $2 million since 2023.
Authentic Campaigns has also received payments from Chuck Schumer’s Senate Majority PAC, which has paid Merchan’s company $1,657,079 this year alone. According to their 2023-2024 expenditure forms, Authentic Campaigns is one of the top three vendors for the Democrat Senate Majority PAC.
Chuck Schumer uses funds from the Senate Majority PAC to help Democrats like Tester win reelection. Unsurprisingly, Joe Biden’s FEC has yet to release the Senate Majority PAC’s Independent Expenditures data despite the election only being months away. This seems to be a blatant cover-up attempt by top Democrats to convince Montana and other pro-Trump state voters that Democrats running in their state are moderates.
Senator Tester’s refusal to disavow the Merchan family, who are responsible for President Trump’s rigged trial, is proof that moderate Democrat United States Senators do not exist. The people of Montana must send Chuck Schumer a loud and clear message by handily defeating Jon Tester in November.
