Nevada U.S. Senate candidate Sam Brown is rapidly expanding his never-Trump coalition. Polaris, whose Executive Director Gabe Norohan called President Trump an “Insurrectionist” and “Threat To Democracy,” announced that Sam Brown would be joining their June 3rd Las Vegas event. Joining Brown at Polaris’ event will be Morgan Ortagus, who supported Mike Pence and Nikki Haley. Brown has built quite an impressive never-Trump coalition. It should be no surprise that Brown refused to endorse President Trump the day after Fulton County DA Fani Willis indicted him. The facts make it clear that Sam Brown is not a friend of MAGA.
Polaris Executive Director Gabe Norohan was fired from his then job in the Trump Administration on January 7th, 2021, after he posted, “President Trump fomented an insurrectionist mob that attacked the Capitol today. He continues to take every opportunity to obstruct the peaceful transfer of power. These actions threaten our democracy and our Republic. Trump is entirely unfit to remain in office and needs to go.”
On May 24th, Polaris announced that Sam Brown would attend their June 3rd event in Las Vegas. Morgan Ortagus, known for her outspoken support of Nikki Haley and Mike Pence, will join Brown on stage during the event.

Sam Brown is building a powerful, never-Trump coalition. FEC records show that on December 22, 2023, McConnell’s Bluegrass Committee donated $5,000 to Sam Brown for Nevada. McConnell also hosted a fundraiser for Brown in D.C. during December 2023.
It should be no surprise that on August 25th, 2023, the day after President Trump was arrested and had his mug shot taken in Fulton County, Georgia, Brown informed Punchbowl News that he would not endorse Trump. Punchbowl reported, “Brown is being exceptionally cautious when it comes to Trump. He declined to say whether he’s comfortable with sharing the GOP ticket with Trump in Nevada, which will be competitive once again at the presidential level as well.”
Sam Brown has clarified to Nevada voters that he is an anti-Trumper who will always put the Uniparty first. Nevada GOP voters must ensure Brown is soundly defeated at the ballot box.
