New York Congressman Dan Goldman, who said on MSNBC Monday that he “deposed Michael Cohen and met with him a number of times to prepare him” to testify against President Trump in Trump’s New York trial, is also a client of Judge Merchan’s daughter’s firm Authentic Campaigns. Goldman’s meeting with Cohen should be grounds for an immediate mistrial. Merchan’s daughter’s Authentic Campaigns has numerous top Democrat clients, including the Senate Majority, a PAC associated with Democrat Senate Leader Chuck Schumer. Loomer exclusively reported that Judge Merchan’s daughter, Loren, is the partner and part-owner of Authentic Campaigns, a firm whose “featured client “is the Biden-Harris Campaign. Due to Judge Merchan’s conflicts of interests, there is no way President Trump is currently receiving a fair trial in New York.

FEC records show that Dan Goldman For New York has made over 30 payments to Authentic Campaigns since 2023.
Loomer posted on these developments, “Cohen is the prosecutors’ “star witness”. Rep. Dan Goldman is a client of Loren Merchan’s Democrat consulting firm, Authentic Campaigns. Why is a member of Congress meeting with a felon who committed perjury? This is a MAJOR CONFLICT OF INTEREST, and Judge Merchan needs to immediately RECUSE HIMSELF from overseeing the Trump trial!”
Authentic Campaigns has numerous high-profile Democrat clients. FEC records show that over the last nine months, New Jersey Rep. Mikie Sherrill, who posted that President Trump should go back to court,” has paid Authentic Campaigns over $216,793.98 since 2023.
Authentic Campaigns has also received payments from Chuck Schumer’s Senate Majority PAC, which has paid Merchan’s company $1,657,079 this year alone. According to their 2023-2024 expenditure forms, Authentic Campaigns is one of the top three vendors for the Democrat Senate Majority PAC.
Loomer posted on the Authentic-Schumer connection, “The Merchan family is getting rich off of Judge Merchan persecuting Donald Trump in the middle of the 2024 Presidential election year. I wonder if Judge Merchan is getting a cut from all of the millions of dollars in business that his daughter Loren Merchan is getting now that her father is overseeing Trump’s trial.”
Loomer first reported that screenshots show Judge Merchan’s daughter, Loren, has an X account that reshared a photo of her speaking at an Authentic Campaigns event, an organization she is part-owner of. A zoomed-in photo shows Merchan’s @LorenM426 handle flashing behind her on the podium. An X post from Authentic Campaigns on January 9th, 2020, stated that Authentic Campaigns was “excited to announce that Loren Merchan is being named partner and part-owner of Authentic Campaigns.” Loren Merchan’s X account, @LorenM426, shared this announcement.
Authentic Campaigns’ website lists the Biden-Harris campaign as its “Featured Client.” Other clients of Authentic Campaigns include Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, Rep. Ilhan Omar, Governor Gavin Newsom, Adam Schiff, and the Wisconsin Democratic Party.
Judge Merchan’s conflicts of interests make clear that President Trump is currently not receiving a fair trial in New York City.
