Michael Cohen’s Looming Monday Testimony Takes Center Stage At President Trump’s Trial Friday

Michael Cohen’s looming testimony on Monday took center stage in President Trump’s trial on Friday. House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) and House Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer recently referred Cohen for prosecution due to his lies to Congress. Don’t expect the Biden DOJ to act on Jordan and Comer’s referral, as the Biden White House provides those attempting to “get Trump” a “get out of jail free card. As he arrived to court on Friday, President Trump blamed Judge Merchan’s conflicts of interests for his refusal to declare a mistrial following Stormy Daniels’ “gossipy tales.” Laura Loomer exclusively reported that Judge Merchan’s daughter, Loren, is the partner and part-owner of Authentic Campaigns, a firm whose “featured client “is the Biden-Harris Campaign. Expect Judge Merchan to allow Cohen to tell “gossipy tales” during his testimony on Monday. This just shows how depraved the Left is to “get Trump” before the election.

Judge Merchan will allow Michael Cohen to testify on Monday despite House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) and House Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer referring Cohen for prosecution with a statement reading, “As indicated in the 2019 letter, Cohen, while testifying under oath before the House Oversight Committee, made willfully and intentionally false statements of material fact that were contradicted by the record established by the Justice Department in United States v. Cohen. Cohen also made statements to the Oversight Committee that were contradicted by witnesses with firsthand knowledge of the subject matter. In particular, Cohen lied at least six times.”

As he walked into court Friday, President Trump blamed Judge Merchan’s conflict of interests for not declaring a mistrial following Stormy Daniels’ “gossipy tales.” Expect Judge Merchan to allow known liar Michael Cohen to tell “gossipy tales” when he testifies on Monday. 

Judge Merchan’s conflicts of interest run deep. Loomer previously reported that screenshots show Judge Merchan’s daughter, Loren, has an X account that reshared a photo of her speaking at an Authentic Campaigns event, an organization she is part-owner of. A zoomed-in photo shows Merchan’s @LorenM426 handle flashing behind her on the podium. An X post from Authentic Campaigns on January 9th, 2020, stated that Authentic Campaigns was “excited to announce that Loren Merchan is being named partner and part-owner of Authentic Campaigns.” Loren Merchan’s X account, @LorenM426, shared this announcement.

Authentic Campaigns’ website lists the Biden-Harris campaign as its “Featured Client.” Other clients of Authentic Campaigns include Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, Rep. Ilhan Omar, Governor Gavin Newsom, Adam Schiff, and the Wisconsin Democratic Party.

Loomer Unleashed also reported Authentic Campaigns had received payments from Chuck Schumer’s Senate Majority PAC, which has paid Merchan’s company $1,657,079 this year alone. According to their 2023-2024 expenditure forms, Authentic Campaigns is one of the top three vendors for the Democrat Senate Majority PAC.

Monday will be a historic day in America as, for the first time in our nation’s history, an individual accused of lying to Congress will be testifying in a trial that is attempting to jail an American President. Monday will indeed be a sight to behold.
