Loomer’s exclusive on Loren Merchan is not being perceived well by the Merchan family. Loren is the daughter of Judge Merchan, who presides over President Trump’s New York City trial regarding the charges brought by DA Alvin Bragg. Loren Merchan blocked Loomer on X and changed her profile picture to Kamala Harris as a child following Loomer’s report on Loren’s X account, known as @LorenM426, having a profile picture of President Trump behind bars in a jail cell. We also reported that Loren is the Partner and Part Owner of Authentic Campaigns, a firm whose “featured client” is the Biden-Harris Campaign. On Tuesday, Judge Merchan placed a gag order on President Trump over his TruthSocial posts highlighting Judge Merchan’s conflict of interest. On Wednesday, Trump called for Judge Merchan’s recusal from the case, citing reasons from Loomer’s report on Loren Merchan.
Loren Merchan’s X account, @LorenM426, changed its profile picture to Kamala Harris as a child. Loren also blocked Loomer and made her account private.
This is quite a turnaround from Tuesday. @LorenM426 was a public account with a profile picture of President Trump behind bars. The account also shared a post from Authentic Campaigns, reading, “Excited to announce that Loren Merchan is being named Partner and Part Owner of Authentic Campaigns.”
Authentic Campaigns’s website lists the Biden-Harris campaign as its “Featured Client.” Other clients of Authentic Campaigns include Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, Rep. Ilhan Omar, Governor Gavin Newsom and the Wisconsin Democratic Party. This raises a significant question: how is President Trump supposed to receive a fair trial when the judge presiding over his case has a daughter whose client is Trump’s main political rival?
Loomer posted on Loren’s account changes, “Judge Merchan needs to immediately recuse himself from the case. Obviously Loren Merchan knows this looks bad, which is why she has changed her profile picture on X. Did her father, Judge Merchan, ask her to change it? RECUSE YOURSELF JUDGE MERCHAN!”
President Trump posted to TruthSocial on Wednesday, “Judge Juan Merchan, who is suffering from an acute case of Trump Derangement Syndrome (whose daughter represents Crooked Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Adam “Shifty” Schiff, and other Radical Liberals, has just posted a picture of me behind bars, her obvious goal, and makes it completely impossible for me to get a fair trial) has now issued another illegal, un-American, unConstitutional “order,” as he continues to try and take away my Rights. This Judge, by issuing a vicious “Gag Order,” is wrongfully attempting to deprive me of my First Amendment Right to speak out against the Weaponization of Law Enforcement, including the fact that Crooked Joe Biden, Merrick Garland, and their Hacks and Thugs are tracking and following me all across the Country, obsessively trying to persecute me, while everyone knows I have done nothing wrong!”
Loomer responded to Trump’s post, “JUST IN: President Trump just responded to my breaking exclusive report in a multi post thread on Truth Social! He is calling on Judge Merchan to RECUSE himself from the Trump-hush money case after I exposed how Loren Merchan, the daughter of NY Judge Juan Merchan, has an X profile account @lorenm426 that has a profile picture of President Trump behind jail bars.”
The facts make clear that President Trump cannot receive a fair trial in New York City if Judge Merchan is allowed to remain.
