Judge Merchan, who is presiding over President Trump’s New York City trial regarding the charges brought by DA Alvin Bragg, has a daughter named Loren Merchan, who is the Partner and Part Owner of Authentic Campaigns, a firm whose “featured client” is the Biden-Harris Campaign. Loren Merchan’s X account, known as @LorenM426, has a profile picture of President Trump behind bars in a jail cell. On Tuesday, Merchan placed a gag order on President Trump over his TruthSocial posts highlighting Merchan’s conflict of interest. This further proves President Trump can’t have a fair trial in New York.

Before locking her account, Loomer archived Loren Merchan’s X account, which followed 14 people, mostly prominent Democrats like Joe Biden, Jill Biden, Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, Michelle Obama and The Lincoln Project.
An X post from Authentic Campaigns on January 9th, 2020, stated that Authentic Campaigns was “excited to announce that Loren Merchan is being named Partner and Part Owner of Authentic Campaigns.” Loren Merchan’s X account, @LorenM426, shared this announcement. It is also important to point out that Loren Merchan’s social media profile picture is President Trump behind bars.
Authentic Campaigns’s website lists Loren Merchan as the firm’s President and Partner. Her bio states that Loren Merchan has done “groundbreaking work” with Kamala Harris and Adam Schiff.
Authentic Campaigns’s website lists the Biden-Harris campaign as its “Featured Client.” Other clients of Authentic Campaigns include Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, Rep. Ilhan Omar, Governor Gavin Newsom and the Wisconsin Democratic Party. This raises a significant question: how is President Trump supposed to receive a fair trial when the judge presiding over his case has a daughter whose client is Trump’s main political rival?
Unsurprisingly, FEC reports also reveal that Loren Merchan is a frequent donor to ACT Blue, whose donations go to Democrat candidates.
Judge Merchan appears to be already rigging Trump’s trial against him. On Tuesday, Merchan placed a gag order on Trump because Trump wrote on TruthSocial, “Judge Juan Merchan, a very distinguished looking man, is nevertheless a true and certified Trump Hater who suffers from a very serious case of Trump Derangement Syndrome. In other words, he hates me! His daughter is a senior executive at a Super Liberal Democrat firm that works for Adam “Shifty” Schiff, the Democrat National Committee, (Dem)Senate Majority PAC, and even Crooked Joe Biden.”
Trump also wrote, “D.A. Bragg, working in close coordination with Crooked Joe Biden’s people/campaign, has no case against me. He admitted as much when he first took office. In fact, he was furious that they were pursuing such a ridiculous case, where there is no crime, all others in law enforcement had taken a pass, where reliance on a convicted LIAR and FELON, Michael Cohen, is necessary, and where a dirtbag lawyer named Mark Pomerantz did things that were really bad! But if only they could get Judge Juan Merchan – And they did, just like they did for other cases. So much for Random Choice! JUDGE MERCHAN SHOULD RECUSE HIMSELF, HE CANNOT GIVE ME A FAIR TRIAL.”
Loomer posted on these developments, “How can Judge Merchan continue to oversee President Trump’s case when, as I just exposed, Judge Merchan’s daughter, @lorenm426 Loren Merchan, has an @X account with a profile picture of Donald Trump in a jail cell? Not to mention, @KamalaHarris is her client. I have discovered Loren’s X account.”
President Trump is correct. There is no way he can receive a fair trial in New York City if Judge Merchan is allowed to remain.
