The United States of America is just days away from experiencing the most important election case in American history. On Thursday, February 8th, the United States Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on whether the State of Colorado can remove President Trump from their ballot using the 14th Amendment. This is despite the United States Senate finding President Trump not guilty on the House’s insurrection impeachment charges. Crew, the organization funding the effort to remove Trump from Colorado’s ballot, is funded by George Soros’s Open Society Foundation. Also funded by the Soros family are Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold, Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows, and California LT Governor Eleni Kounalakis. If SCOTUS rules Trump can be removed from Colorado’s ballot, Bellows and Kounalakis will then move to remove Trump from their respective state’s ballot.

CREW is the Soros Open Society-funded organization leading the charge to remove Trump from the Colorado ballot. Loomer even shared a video of CREW Director Melanie Sloan admitting that Soros funds them and that Soros approves of the group’s projects.

Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold, who recently called on SCOTUS to back the Colorado state’s Supreme Court decision to keep Trump removed from the state’s ballot, also received donations from the Soros family. In 2018, Jennifer Allan Soros, the wife of George Soros’s son, John Soros, donated to Jena Griswold’s reelection campaign.
Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows, who also wants to remove Trump from her state’s ballot and is another individual watching Trump’s pending SCOTUS case closely, took a donation from George Soros’s daughter Andrea during her failed Senate run.
Then there is California Lieutenant Governor Eleni Kounalakis, who requested California Secretary of State Shirley Weber to watch the outcome of the Colorado case and explore every legal option to remove Trump from the California ballot. Records from the California Secretary of State office show that George Soros and his wife, Tamiko Bolton Soros, have donated hefty amounts of money to California Lieutenant Governor Eleni Kounalakis’s 2018 and 2022 campaigns. Soros has also been donating heavily to Kounalakis’s future 2026 campaign.
177 members of Congress have signed an Amicus brief that was sent to SCOTUS stating that they support President Trump remaining on Colorado’s ballot. The key part of the brief reads, “Congress, by a two-thirds vote of both Houses, has the power to remove a Section 3 disability and thereby authorize an otherwise disqualified individual to “hold” office any time it
wants, including during a campaign or after an election. However, the decision by the Colorado Supreme Court short-circuited both of those congressional roles, as explained in detail below.”
On Friday, February 9th, America will feel like a different place. The country will be on edge to hear how members of SCOTUS will rule. One can only hope the rule of law trumps Soros-funded legislative anarchy.
