Sexual misconduct is an ongoing issue at CNN and the network is likely engaged in a coverup of the illegalities, CNN employees warn in bombshell undercover footage released Tuesday by investigative watchdog Project Veritas.

Senior Producer of The Lead with Jake Tapper, Rick Saleeby, is featured in the latest Project Veritas video warning Steve Brusk, CNN Politics Supervising Producer, has routinely made unwanted “advances” on female employees during “social gatherings.”

Brusk has been inappropriately touching women at the network, Saleeby told Veritas journalists and CNN insider Cary Poarch, noting, he would first put his arm around the women and then attempt to touch their legs or thighs.

“He would like, make advances if there was a social gathering and they were drunk,” he said. “Put his arms around them, try and touch their leg. Try and build up emails to the level where he would get flirty and inappropriate.”

“So, like, there is this girl that was twenty-one. She’s actually a good friend of mine. She had just gotten hired after being an intern…And she was getting…There was a going away party for a coworker,” he continued. “We were all having a really good time…She was very well liked. We were getting drunk. He started like, staying close to her…Arm around her.”

Saleeby goes on to explain that he felt compelled to intervene and deescalate Brusk’s sexual advance towards the woman, or Brusk would have most likely taken advantage of her while she was under the influence.

“She had a skirt on. I could see the hand. I like, grab her. It looked like I was being the assaulter because I grabbed her so aggressively…To keep her from him. Like, go around her and I’m like, ‘Come over here,’ and looked at him because I could flatten him,” he said. “It was like…I wouldn’t do it because then I would be the one who got fired…He would have absolutely been like ‘get in a cab with me later.’”

Brusk has a reputation for sexual misconduct, Saleeby explained.

“Because she was drunk. He had his arm around her. And in the setting like any other time ever, they barely speak…But he was like, trying to like, touch her thigh,” he said. “He had already been accused of the things prior…Which I found out…Which I found out later.”

While misconduct is rampant at CNN, Brusk is only still employed at the network, Saleeby inferred, because he is protected by the “higher-ups.”

“I’ll tell you this, in the climate that’s going now, he definitely would have been fired…The whole “Me-Too” movement. People are afraid to do sh*t. I mean he has been at CNN for like twenty years…People have gotten away with a lot of sh*t” he said. “[Brusk]is protected by certain people there…Value him or like him. I don’t even know, I can’t…Like other higher-ups there. This is not an unusual thing in companies.”

Poarch attempted to follow up with Brusk, Jake Tapper and Saleeby in Washington, D.C., amid the damning expose of the network and allegations of sexual misconduct. Both Tapper and Saleeby evaded questions regarding the claims.

Ostensibly panic-stricken, Brusk directed Poarch to contact CNN’s public relations team.

“I, I, I don’t. Um but uh, I’ll let our PR people talk to you about that,” he said. “No, sir. I’m happy to put you in touch with our PR people.”

Last week, Project Veritas released the first of the #ExposeCNN series, after obtaining hundreds of hours of video secretly recorded by Poarch, a former CNN satellite technician whose dismay for the network’s brazen left-leaning bias prompted him to go undercover and showcase the network’s malfeasance to the world.

CNN President Jeff Zucker is heard in the footage instructing his staff to focus their coverage on removing President Donald Trump from office in order to shift public opinion against the president and persuade the audience that impeachment is impending and inevitable.

The footage also confirmed that the network is biased against certain presidential candidates, with the fake news channel giving more airtime to the network’s preferred candidate.
