Censorship in the United States is on the rise and companies, even banks and payment processors are discriminating against consumers/retailers and public figures that don’t align with the leftist view.
Across the nation people that have been banned on Twitter noticed that not only are their accounts banned and disabled from Twitter, but ALL of the devices that have ever logged onto their Twitter accounts are also banned.
Phone devices are literally being blacklisted from Twitter, disallowing users to even VIEW Twitter from their phones. Twitter is not where it ends, however. Jack Dorsey also blacklists the name, telephone number, device ID, and ANY payment you may have ever used on Twitter for ads across all his business portfolios.
I was at the farmers market and was going to pay the merchant who was using square and my card was BLOCKED. After speaking with my bank I was told that Square Processing systems have blocked MY CARD from being used at any of their terminals. I got a new card issued and that was blocked too. That means any card I have that is in my name, from my Samsung pay device is blocked. I tried them all.Blocked Conservative Twitter USER
It’s not just Twitter that blocks devices but Facebook and Instagram do too!
Hi, for the last 6 days I have not been able to log into my instagram account through the browser directly on instagram.com or app on any device anywhere. I don’t know what it is. One day it was fine and one day it stopped. I am getting two different error messages 1.”There was a problem logging you into Instagram, please try again soon”. 2.”We couldn’t connect to Instagram. Make sure you’re connected to the internet and try again”. So I have no idea what the first error message means. Something wrong with my account? I did a password change and still didn’t work. The second error message doesn’t make sense as I have good internet and I tested it with data and from other places with different internets. So I don’t know if I am being targeted by Instagram or if there is a bug they have not acknowledged. Their lack of support is disheartening and frustrating. I have filled out a report form countless times in the last 6 days. The first time they wanted me to verify who I am with a picture of me and a code. But since then I have heard nothing back. Isn’t there like an Instagram support agency to help? How can we have such platform and no support from them. I have a business account and need it to run my campaigns and work with other influencing sites. Also I am not disabled or hacked. I can search my profile. All my credentials that I input are correct when I try to login. Has anyone else faced this issue? – USER QSTN
This uptick in banning and discriminating against conservatives not only on social media but with banking, consumer services, and product access, is growing and even extending into the UK.
Two years ago Jack Dorsey launched Square in the UK and since then Square (UK) has grown exponentially. Their target customers are from OUTSIDE of London and in the USA they have specific rules on WHO and WHAT businesses can use their payment processing tech and clearance methods.
Square SITE STATES:
Square strives to provide a safe environment for both buyers and sellers. As such, we do not permit the sale of certain goods and services that are listed in Square’s Terms. In this agreement, you confirmed that you will not accept payments in connection with the following businesses or business activities:
- Any illegal activity or goods
- Buyer or membership clubs, including dues associated with such clubs
- Credit counseling or credit repair agencies
- Credit protection or identity theft protection services
- Direct marketing or subscription offers or services
- Infomercial sales
- Internet/mail order/telephone order pharmacies or pharmacy referral services (where fulfillment of medication is performed with an Internet or telephone consultation, absent a physical visit with a physician including re-importation of pharmaceuticals from foreign countries)
- Unauthorized multi-level marketing businesses
- Inbound or outbound telemarketers
- Prepaid phone cards or phone services
- Rebate based businesses
- Up-sell merchants
- Bill payment services
- Betting, including lottery tickets, casino gaming chips, Fantasy Football, off-track betting, and wagers at races
- Financial institutions offering manual or automated cash disbursements
- Prepaid cards, checks, insurance or other financial merchandise or services
- Sales of money-orders or foreign currency by non-financial institutions
- Wire transfer money orders
- High-risk products and services, including telemarketing sales
- Service station merchants
- Automated fuel dispensers
- Adult entertainment oriented products or services (in any medium, including Internet, telephone or printed material)
- Sales of (i) firearms, firearm parts or hardware, and ammunition; or (ii) weapons and other devices designed to cause physical injury
- Drug paraphernalia
- Occult materials
- Hate or harmful products
- Escort services
- Bankruptcy attorneys or collection agencies engaged in the collection of debt
- Internet/mail order/telephone order of age restricted products (e.g., tobacco)
For more information, review Square’s Terms.
As noted in their list, HATE OR HARMFUL PRODUCTS are disallowed from using Square as a payment system as well as illegal activities.
Hateful products or harmful products would be determined by law wouldn’t they? I mean having sex with a teenager, or a pimp getting paid or a brothel operating in a state or country where brothel operation is illegal is considered a harmful product. Hateful products would be classified as what? Specific books? Insignia? MAGA hats? Tommy Robinson T-shirts? No one knows because it’s a vague statement. That term is most definitely left up to the discretion of Jack Dorsey.
Logically, when we think of monetary transactions there should be a clear LINE – The LAW depicts. If something is deemed “HATEFUL or HARMFUL” by law then indeed retailers or consumers can be barred from using a money processor. Selling tobacco, alcohol, debt collection, or debt relief, can all be bundled together as the laws that apply to services like that vary – not only by country, and state to state, but county to county as well sometimes. Though Square can, as a private company, CHOOSE who they allow to bank with them as long as their “discrimination” of potential clientele is equally applied and is not questionable. There shouldn’t be CLEAR bias to just one group.
Dorsey’s company Square in the USA announced the third hardware product for the UK has launched. This is the third product in just a little over 2 years and it’s called the Square Terminal.
The Terminal serves more needs of small and mid size UK businesses, satisfying their complex VAT needs, and print receipts without needing to be linked to a smartphone or tablet to function.
It seems that the UK is a large market for Square but they seem to be having concerns of discrimination by the company.
We spoke with a “massage parlor” in the UK that wishes to remain anonymous that offers “erotic massage” and their “masseuses” are from Africa, specifically Ghana and Nigeria.
“We used Square for clients at our London location and the rest of the UK locations. Square terminated their contract with us citing that we are enacting in hateful or harmful activities inferring that we may be possibly operating a brothel and that is an illegal activity in the UK. I think they are racist ’cause all erotic massage parlors use Square. We are the only exclusive African parlor, but down the road from us there is an all Asian place that hasn’t been shut down. We have appealed to them but they won’t respond.”-Parlor in the UK
In the UK, prostitution is not illegal but street walking or brothel operations are. The Sun reported:
A brothel is any premises, including a private flat or massage parlour, which is used by more than one worker (either male or female) for prostitution. If just one individual sells sex in a particular building, it is not a brothel. The Sun
These allegations seemed very questionable, so we investigated other ALL-WHITE, ALL-ASIAN, ALL-Middle Eastern Parlors that take Square as payment in London. Turns out they all take Square as a payment per establishment and the “masseuses” do not take payment individually. On that note all the establishments we reached out to stressed they have the best “youngest” products on the market, which was caused us to irk.
Is Jack Dorsey discriminating against all African-staffed brothels? Discriminating against a business or individual based on color, race, religion, or beliefs is racism and we all know Twitter is racist against conservatives but what about Africans?
Back in 2015, it was reported that Jack Dorsey employed a total of 49 employees that were African American.
Not like Jack Dorsey is racist right?
He was “hacked” – the CEO was hacked, but no one else on Twitter was compromised. OK, sure.
We reached out to Twitter and Square employees that we use for sources.
One employee told us: “The majority of African Americans that work as part of Square are janitors or security. In my building I’ve seen 5 or 6 African Americans that work here. We have about 500 people in our building. On my floor there are two African Americans. One is responsible for catering and the other one is an intern. I think we do have one coder that is African American. Never thought of that. We don’t really have any actual Square functioning employees.”
One of our Twitter sources said the same, and she recalls that there are only maybe 10 African American employees she’s seen at the Twitter building in Silicon Valley that aren’t food & beverage workers, security, or janitorial staff over her few years with the company.
The argument of Jack Dorsey being racist is debatable, but nevertheless, allowing someone to offer Square as payment for their business is at their discretion, even though they claimed to have created Square to combat just that.
Our founding principle was to bring credit card access to sellers and entrepreneurs and individuals who are excluded. There’s still a long way to go globally.Jesse Dorogusker
I guess that only applies if Jack Dorsey approves of your business, and if you sell things that are illegal.
As an individual though, going to pay for your coffee or veggies at the farmers market, what gives Jack Dorsey the right to ban you from PAYING for the services of a merchant they allow to USE their payment processing?
That is blatant discrimination and alienation from the public consumer access base. In essence, it’s blackballing individuals from being able to use services that Jack Dorsey doesn’t own and/or control. Conservative racism is real, and the fear for many in the UK who have been banned off Twitter for supporting Brexit and conservative ideologies is that they will not be able to offer pay services or shop for goods as Square continues to grow.
Most shops we go to that are not supermarkets or department stores use Square, and in under two years they launched a third product that offers receipts to abide by VAT standards that broaden their market. I know my mate who runs the chip shop down the road was disallowed from taking payments through Square about 3 months after he was banned from Twitter for supporting Tommy Robinson during his latest trial.Essex Resident
It seems that banning people on social media, disallowing merchants to offer pay services, and individuals to pay for goods and services (not related to Jack Dorsey), is a way to force conservatives into silence globally. Hitler himself shamed people voicing support for Jews, then banned them from eating at restaurants and shops until they succumbed to the Third Reich, or were executed for treason.
Hey, Jack Dorsey your “FIGHT” against “hateful content” is something you think is POSITIVE….Adolf Hitler considered his fight against “hateful content and people” a positive thing for his “democracy” too. #Perspective
