Judge Jeanine Pirro praised our own Laura Loomer in her recently released book Radicals, Resistance, and Revenge: The Left’s Plot to Remake America, which was promoted by President Donald J. Trump on his omnipresent Twitter account.
“When Laura Loomer, a conservative activist who broadcasts her views primarily through Twitter, criticized Representative Ilhan Omar for being ‘anti-Jewish,’ she was banned from Twitter for hate speech,” Pirro wrote. “Loomer is an extremely bright, quick-witted millennial, who tears into anything she sees as un-American or anti-Semitic, consequences be damned. Having been banned from social media, she is suing Twitter, Facebook, and Google.”
Trump promoted the book, which came out at the end of August, on his Twitter account.
“[Judge Jeanine] Pirro is following up her #1 Best Seller with another book that is destined to also be #1 – ‘Radicals, Resistance, and Revenge: The Left’s Plot to Remake America.’ Out today, go get it!” Trump said.
Pirro’s book focuses some of its attention on one of the political left’s main tools in its battle to fundamentally alter this country permanently, and beyond repair – social media censorship.
“Overturning presidential elections, nationalizing private industries like healthcare and education, destroying America’s borders, erasing its national identity and effectively silencing conservative voices in the cybersphere and public square are just a few examples of the lengths to which the far-left progressives and socialists will go to destroy the America we love and remake it into something unrecognizable: borderless, socialist, and free of any moral compass,” says the book’s description on Amazon.
Pirro, a former pit bull prosecutor, now hosts the show “Justice with Judge Jeanine” on Fox News.
Pirro hits the nail on the head in her new book.
Social media has become the public square, where nearly all political debate occurs. By removing conservatives – or at least conservatives who are willing to fight – from that public square, the left has essentially banished their ideas from public view. This is what totalitarians do when their ideas cannot stand up to scrutiny or criticism, and this is exactly what the political left has been doing since Trump won the election in 2016.
Since they can’t beat us, they simply silence us.
Nobody is more familiar with this than Loomer, who is the “most banned woman in the world”. She has been kicked off of Twitter, Facebook and its subsidiary Instagram, as well as Medium, GoFundMe, Venmo, PayPal, Lyft, Uber, Uber Eats, Periscope, Teespring, and even Chase Bank suspended her access to her online bank account.
When Hurricane Dorian was expected to batter the east coast of Florida in Palm Beach, where Loomer lives, Uber offered free and/or discounted rides to hurricane shelters. Since Loomer has been banned from that service, she would have been excluded from that potentially life-saving offer. That’s one heck of a price to pay for being outspokenly conservative.
Thankfully, some powerful media figures like Pirro are standing up for the next generation of conservative fighters. We need their support more than ever, otherwise the communist plot to remake America might just succeed.
