On Thursday, terror supporting Facebook took their political censorship to a new extreme when the chat feature on Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s official Facebook page was suspended for 24 hours in what Facebook said was a violation of Facebook’s dubious rules against “hate speech.”

Facebook’s actions are not only an example of clear cut anti-conservative, anti-Jewish, and anti-Israel bias, but banning Netanyahu is a form of election interference. Benjamin Netanyahu is in the middle of campaigning as the Israeli elections are quickly approaching.

Censoring mainstream political figures who hold conservative views and work to combat terrorism is the next big step for Big Tech in the information wars. If you thought the censorship would stop at what you considered “fringe” figures on the political right, you were wrong. Facebook has now literally silenced a world leader, and they’ve done it with impunity. Twitter is even considering censoring President Donald J. Trump’s tweets.

Netanyahu’s page was reportedly censored for telling voters to help avoid creating a government composed of “Arabs who want to destroy us all — women, children and men.”

That was apparently objectionable to Facebook, Hamas and other Islamic terrorist organizations who want to destroy us all. The “Arabs” Netanyahu was referring to are probably the same members of Hamas who were firing rockets in Southern Israel this week while Prime Minister Netanyahu was giving a speech (before he was rushed off stage to seek protection from the rockets). The same Hamas that is still active on both Facebook and Twitter to spread terrorist propaganda and hatred against Jews and Israel.

The political left loves Big Tech censorship. In fact, Big Tech is the political left. They are one and the same. The vast majority of those censored on social media are conservatives, and since the left can’t win on merit, censorship provides for them something of an artificial buffer against confronting ideas that they find objectionable, but cannot argue against logically.

But many on the establishment political right also likes censorship. Vindictive, factually- lazy “writers” like Tiana Lowe at Washington Examiner, who is mostly known for the many plagiarism accusations lobbied against her on social media regarding the reporting about Ilhan Omar’s marriage fraud, celebrated the censorship of those whom they believed were not “true conservatives,” including Laura Loomer. The Washington Examiner maliciously mocked and smeared Loomer as a neo-nazi (Loomer is a pro-Israel Jew) after Loomer was banned from Twitter and protested tech-censorship and anti-Semitism at Twitter headquarters.

Of course, anyone with half a brain knew that Big Tech censorship wouldn’t simply stop after figures like Loomer, Milo Yiannopoulos, Alex Jones, et al. were censored. That was always the rub. We get it – you don’t like us. But you’re next, which makes cheering the censorship of any one person short sighted. Acting as a gatekeeper of acceptable thought on behalf of the most powerful companies in the world won’t save you when your thoughts become unacceptable.

Big tech’s censorship of Conservatives and Jews is sinister enough, but it appears as though Facebook’s suspension of Netanyahu was coordinated so that he was silenced at the same exact time POLITICO released a hit piece about the Israeli Prime Minister. On early Thursday morning, a POLITICO report said that the Israeli government was accused of planting “mysterious spy devices” near the White House.

“Based on a detailed forensic analysis, the FBI and other agencies working on the case felt confident that Israeli agents had placed the devices, according to the former officials, several of whom served in top intelligence and national security posts,” the report said, citing “anonymous sources”.

The timing is obviously suspicious. Just as Netanyahu’s Facebook page was censored, he’s hit with damning accusations from a far-left “news” outlet known for publishing anonymously sourced information. Now, it’s far more difficult for Netanyahu to respond to those accusations.

Fortunately for Netanyahu, he has a large communications team, and was able to refute the report nearly immediately, calling it “a blatant lie.”

“There is a longstanding commitment, and a directive from the Israeli government, not to engage in any intelligence operations in the U.S.,” he said in a statement. “This directive is strictly enforced without exception.”

Big tech social media companies like Facebook and Twitter has a history of targeting Jews and the Netanyahu family.

Nearly nine months ago,Facebook temporarily banned Yair Netanyahu, the Israeli Prime Minister’s Son.

Yair’s post, which was in response to the death of the two IDF soldiers killed by Palestinian terrorists in Givat Assaf, was removed by Facebook, and he was issued a 24 hour ban on his account.

Facebook deleted Yair’s post in which he said he’d “prefer” if “All the Muslims leave the land of Israel.”

After being banned by Facebook, Yair posted,

“The Thought Police of Facebook has found me! Congratulations! Facebook has official pages created by Hamas, Hezbollah and the Iranian government members, as well as endless pages calling for the murder and extermination of Jews. There are also thousands posts with death threats for me and my family that do not get removed by Facebook, as they fall under the label of freedom of speech.”

Yair Netanyahu has also blasted Twitter and the monopolist tech industry for banning investigative journalist Laura Loomer while allowing the leaders of the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas to use the social media platform to communicate their terrorist propaganda.

“It’s crazy how Jewish journalist & @realdonaldtrump supporter Laura Loomer has been banned on every single social media platform, but HAMAS is still on Twitter & Facebook. This is anti-Semitism,” Yair Netanyahu lamented. “I hope Loomer wins her lawsuit. #FreeLoomer #StopTheBias.”

While senior Hamas officials and associates use Twitter to radicalize individuals to incite violence against Israelis, Loomer was banned last November following a tweet in which she slammed Muslim Rep. Ilhan Omar’s support of Sharia law and female genital mutilation.

“Isn’t it ironic how the twitter moment used to celebrate ‘women, LGBTQ, and minorities’ is a picture of Ilhan Omar?” began Loomer in her tweet, “Ilhan is pro-Sharia Ilhan is pro- FGM Under Sharia, homosexuals are oppressed & killed. Women are abused & forced to wear the hijab. Ilhan is anti-Jewish.”

Loomer, who had amassed more than 260,000 followers on the platform, was permanently suspended from her account for purportedly violating Twitter’s rules against “hateful conduct”. Loomer handcuffed herself to the door of Twitter’s New York offices in protest of her banning last November.

Last month, 16 GOP lawmakers urged Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey to remove “all content promoting terrorist activity,” including banning “senior Hamas officials and associates from Twitter who radicalize individuals to incite violence against Israelis,” according to a statement issued by the members.

“Congress has already determined that providing material support, resources, and intangible assistance to a [Foreign Terrorist Organization] is a federal crime,” wrote the lawmakers, led by Republican Reps. Lee Zeldin (R., N.Y.), Doug Lamborn (R., Colo.), and Joe Wilson (R., S.C), co-chairs of the House Republican Israel Caucus.

“Furthermore, the Supreme Court has upheld that federal law prohibiting individuals and groups from providing material support to FTOs does not violate the First Amendment,” the lawmakers wrote. “It is imperative that Twitter, a United States Company, bans designated FTOs, removing all content promoting terrorist activity.”

“Hamas follows a comprehensive charter that calls for the murder of every Jew and the destruction of the State of Israel through the covenant of Jihad. Hamas is well known for firing rockets and digging terror tunnels into Israel, murdering and kidnapping Israelis, and using women and children as human shields. Every year, Hamas uses Twitter to gather mass participation for its ‘Days of Rage’ against Israel,” they wrote. “Twitter has a responsibility to stop the spread of terrorism on its site. We hope Twitter will take action without the need for additional Congressional oversight and legislative action.”

On May 2, 2019, Facebook permanently banned Loomer and accused her of being a “dangerous individual”.

According to Facebook’s policy rationale regarding “dangerous individuals and organizations”,

“Facebook does not allow any organizations or individuals that proclaim a violent mission or are engaged in violence, from having a presence on Facebook. This includes:

Terrorist activity

Organized hate

Mass or serial murder

Human trafficking

Organized violence or criminal activity

There are actual dangerous individuals and groups on social media…but they aren’t conservative.

They are Islamic terrorist organizations.

When Facebook banned Loomer, Milo Yiannopoulos, Alex Jones, and Paul Jospeh Watson as “dangerous individuals”, Facebook essentially designated those who were banned as terrorists and violent criminals.

But, they had nothing to say about ISIS, HAMAS, and Muslim Brotherhood, and why these violent terrorist organizations are allowed on Facebook.

Instead of banning Islamic terrorist organizations, Facebook is banning Trump supporters and the Prime Minister of Israel.

Is it the position of Facebook that Jewish world leaders, Trump supporters and anyone with a Conservative opinion are more “hateful” and “dangerous” than Islamic terrorist organizations like Hamas?

Facebook declined to comment.
