A second U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility was attacked in less than one month after Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) called ICE’s detention facilities “concentration camps,” sparking national outrage on both sides of the political aisle.

“FBI agents are are searching for a suspect in connection with shots fired at two ICE buildings,” according to NBC4. “The shooting took place around 3 a.m. Tuesday on the 1700 block of NE Loop 410 near Brookhaven Drive. Investigators say that multiple shots were fired on two floors targeting ICE officials. One person was injured.”

The facility is located in San Antonio, Texas

The report said that one person was detained immediately after the shooting, but that person was “not connected” to the incident.

The Hill reported early Tuesday afternoon that one person was arrested in connection to the shooting, but it was not clear if that person was the one released, as reported by NBC4. Adding to the confusion, The Hill also said that no one was injured in the shooting.

The violence directed towards the law enforcement entity occurred after Ocasio-Cortez spent weeks calling ICE’s detention facilities “concentration camps.”

As this site reported last month, Willem Van Spronsen, an indigent Antifa member, attempted to blow up an ICE facility in Tacoma, Washington with homemade explosives. He was killed by police, but left behind a manifesto invoking AOC’s “concentration camp” rhetoric.

“In these days of fascist hooligans preying on vulnerable people on our streets, in the name of the state or supported and defended by the state, in these days of highly profitable detention/concentration camps and a battle over the semantics…” Van Spronsen said in the document.

After a mass shooting in Dayton, Ohio, two weeks ago, America learned that the suspect was an Antifa sympathizer who also parroted the “concentration camp” talking points. Though it remains unclear whether that mass shooting was politically motivated, the media glossed over the fact that the suspect was a far-leftist, and then dropped the story completely.

That seems to be a theme with our esteemed media.

Whenever they can construct a narrative to blame President Donald J. Trump for some act of violence by a deranged whacko, they do. But when the script is flipped, and a Democrat could be blamed for inciting violence, the press moves along, giving a pass to members of its preferred party.

Surely, there will be no hand-wringing, or calls for AOC to denounce any of the violent extremists who have employed her rhetoric.

Meanwhile, AOC spent her Tuesday attacking Barstool Sports – of all groups – on Twitter, after Barstool’s president Dave Portnoy made a joke about firing employees who want to unionize.

“If you’re a boss tweeting firing threats to employees trying to unionize, you are likely breaking the law &can be sued, in your words, ‘on the spot.’ ALL workers in the US have the protected freedom to organize for better conditions. See @NLRB &union orgs like @AFLCIO for tips,” she said.

The left hates Barstool, a sports news empire, because it represents “toxic, white masculinity” and “bro culture” that they so despise. Rightly, Portnoy refused to back down.

“Hey @aoc welcome to thunder dome. Debate me,” he said.
