Just more than a week after Antifa terrorist Willem Van Spronsen attempted to blow up a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Tacoma, Washington with homemade explosives, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) is blaming President Donald J. Trump of “sowing violence.”

“This is Trump’s goal when he uses targeted language & threatens elected officials who don’t agree w/ his political agenda,” AOC said on Twitter. “It’s authoritarian behavior. The President is sowing violence. He’s creating an environment where people can get hurt & he claims plausible deniability.”

She might have a point – except for the fact that no one has ever committed a terror attack in the name of Trump.

After AOC called ICE facilities “concentration camps,” though, a radical far leftist not only attempted to blow one to smithereens, but also invoked the same language AOC used to stir up a frenzy of outrage against the fine folks who work for ICE.

“In these days of fascist hooligans preying on vulnerable people on our streets, in the name of the state or supported and defended by the state, in these days of highly profitable detention/concentration camps and a battle over the semantics…” Van Spronsen said in his manifesto.

As I reported on The Rundown News at the time:

“AOC has spent weeks ratcheting up her rhetoric against ICE and its agents, accused them of running “concentration camps” for detained migrants. After a visit to one of the detention facilities, she claimed – without evidence – that detainees were being forced to drink water out of toilets. Earlier this week, she instructed illegal aliens on how to avoid being arrested by ICE, which is set to begin raids this weekend to deport 2,000 illegals with final deportation orders. Friday, during House testimony, she complained that American flags were flying over ICE detention facilities, only for one flag at a Colorado facility to be torn down and replaced with a Mexican flag hours later.

The media often points fingers at right-wingers when someone commits a heinous crime that could have been politically motivated. Will it do the same to AOC?

The answer of course, is no. AOC has received no blame whatsoever for the terrorist attack against ICE. In fact, if you watch mainstream cable news, you wouldn’t know that such an attack occurred.

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), a fellow freshman congresswoman who claims that she only has loyalty to America, but refers to Somalia, where she was born as “our nation back home,” was unrepentant when confronted about the attack, too, thus tacitly supporting it.
